BU hastal\u0131\u011fa sahip olan ki\u015filer, genellikle savunmac\u0131 ki\u015fili\u011fe de sahip olurlar. Ki\u015filer ruhsal bir rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 oldu\u011funun fark\u0131na varmakta zorlan\u0131r. Paranoid ki\u015filer, farkl\u0131 nedenlerden dolay\u0131 \u015f\u00fcphe geli\u015ftirebilirler.
