Yine ara\u00e7 teslim edilirken de ayn\u0131 y\u00f6ntem yap\u0131lmal\u0131&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko\u00e7al, yaz aylar\u0131nda ve bayram d\u00f6neminde vatanda\u015flar\u0131n s\u0131k s\u0131k ara\u00e7 kiralayabildi\u011fini, y\u00fcksek talebin ise f\u0131rsat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7irdi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u00e7 kiralama yapan baz\u0131 i\u015fletmelerle ilgili t\u00fcketicilerden son d\u00f6nemde \u015fikayet ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Ko\u00e7al, yo\u011fun talebin f\u0131rsata \u00e7evrilebildi\u011fini, vatanda\u015flar\u0131n bu konuda dikkatli olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko\u00e7al, vatanda\u015flar\u0131n \u00f6ncelikle g\u00fcvenilir i\u015fletmelerden ara\u00e7 kiralamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkati \u00e7ekerek, \u015fu uyar\u0131larda bulundu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;T\u00fcketici, arac\u0131 kiralarken teslim almadan \u00f6nce otomobilin fiziki durumunu tespit etmeli ve d\u00f6rt bir taraf\u0131n\u0131n foto\u011fraf\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekmeli. Yine ara\u00e7 teslim edilirken de ayn\u0131 y\u00f6ntem yap\u0131lmal\u0131. Bu durum, kiralama \u015firketi ile ya\u015fanacak sorunlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ecektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc son d\u00f6nemde otomobil kiralama i\u015fi yapan baz\u0131 \u015firketlerin arac\u0131 teslim ald\u0131ktan sonra t\u00fcketiciye farkl\u0131 masraflar fatura etti\u011fine dair \u015fikayetler al\u0131yoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8220;Ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n Zarar\u0131n\u0131 size \u00d6detmesinler&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00dcDEF Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ko\u00e7al, burada sadece kiralama \u015firketinden kaynakl\u0131 f\u0131rsat\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ya\u015fanmayabildi\u011fini, \u00f6zellikle g\u00fcnl\u00fck veya saatlik kiralamalarda arac\u0131n belirlenen otoparklara b\u0131rak\u0131labildi\u011fini belirterek, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Arac\u0131 kiralayan t\u00fcketici anahtar\u0131 otomobilin i\u00e7inde b\u0131rak\u0131yor ve \u015firket de kap\u0131lar\u0131 otomatik olarak uygulama \u00fczerinden kapat\u0131yor. O arac\u0131 kiralamak isteyen ba\u015fka bir vatanda\u015fa sistem \u00fczerinden kap\u0131lar a\u00e7\u0131larak anahtar\u0131 kirac\u0131n\u0131n almas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Bu d\u00f6ng\u00fc b\u00f6yle s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Burada iki t\u00fcketici aras\u0131nda ara\u00e7 kontrol edilmeyebiliyor. Bu nedenle bir ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n verdi\u011fi zarar\u0131 \u00f6dememek i\u00e7in de arac\u0131n foto\u011fraflar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ekilmesi gerekiyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8220;Kredi Kart\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 \u0130ptal Edip Noterden Faturaya \u0130tiraz Edin&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aziz Ko\u00e7al, bu konuda Kad\u0131k\u00f6y&#8217;de benzer olay\u0131 ya\u015fayan bir t\u00fcketicinin kendilerine ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydederek, &#8220;T\u00fcketiciye, &#8216;kredi kart\u0131n\u0131 iptal etmesini ve gelen faturaya noterden itiraz etmesini&#8217; s\u00f6yledik.
