Benim gibi spor salonu sevmeyenler, spor salonuna \u00fcye olunca birka\u00e7 ay gidip sonra b\u0131rakanlar i\u00e7in sokakta, evde, havuzda, suda yap\u0131lan sporlar birebir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin ben son d\u00f6nemde evde <strong>bisiklete binerek<\/strong> hat\u0131r\u0131 say\u0131l\u0131r \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde kilo verdim. Evde bisiklete binmek biraz s\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00fckse de birka\u00e7 seferden sonra al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorsunuz. Evde kondisyon bisikletim yok, normal bir bisikletim var. Bu bisikletin arka tekerle\u011fine <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.decathlon.com.tr\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Decathlon<\/strong><\/a>&#8216;dan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir alet takt\u0131m. B\u00f6ylece normal yol bisikleti, evde kullan\u0131labilen bir <strong>kondisyon bisikletine<\/strong> d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Tavsiye ederim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gelelim esas konumuza. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da bir\u00e7ok spor dal\u0131 i\u00e7in <strong>bir saatte yak\u0131labilecek kalori miktar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> verdim. <strong>Yak\u0131lan <\/strong>miktarlar ortalama de\u011ferlerdir. <strong>Ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131z, boyunuz, kilonuz<\/strong> ve <strong>temponuza<\/strong> g\u00f6re yakabilece\u011finiz say\u0131 alt limitlerde olabilir ya da \u00fcst limitleri ge\u00e7ebilirsiniz. Zay\u0131flama da \u00f6nemli olan, uzun s\u00fcrede <strong>ya\u015fam bi\u00e7iminizi de\u011fi\u015ftirerek sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 kilo vermeniz<\/strong>.
