    Your ten steps are very well thought out. I do use several in my daily life. As I live in the USA, the real estate is very affordable and a great way to make some extra money. House’s are really increasing with value and I owe very little on the property that I live in. The only big expense that I have now is a SUV that I use for extra income from time to time.
    Having a blog that makes a little extra each month helps also, as I am retired on a fixed income. When I was last in Turkey, the poverty level was quite high, is it still really high.
